Bould Consulting (BCL) are delighted to announce that they have been appointed as Prime Consultant on the expansion and renovation of the Lighthouse School project in Grand Cayman, leading a highly talented team including the PWD, Ministry of Education, KPMG, Chalmers Gibbs, and special needs school architects, Jestico and Whiles.
The team will take the development process through Outline Business Case (OBC) and Final Business Case (FBC) that identifies the investment option that optimizes value for money, prepares the scheme for procurement and determines the necessary funding and management arrangements for the successful delivery of the project. This is subject to the Project Sponsor, Ministry and Cabinet approval prior to procurement of the recommended option.
The target completion date is the end of 2025.
