At BCL we like challenges and enjoy solving for our client’s complex problems in our work to ensure successful outcomes and stress-free developments for our many clients throughout the Caribbean.
Like conquering our work challenges, we enjoy physical challenges as well so climbing Pico Duarte in Dominican Republic over the weekend of 13th to 16th February 2020 was a natural for MD Michell Vargas and Chairman Martyn Bould.
Day one of the climb required ascending some 6,000 feet in 9 1/2 hours, over-night in base camp at La Comparticion and then climbing a further 2,300 feet to the summit on the second day and back to base camp. Third day was long descent into La Cienaga and back home to our BCL office in Punta Cana.
