BCL Chairman Martyn Bould and his wife Vivian recently completed the climb from Crested Butte to Aspen in just under 12 hours over the 12,500 foot West Maroon Pass in Colorado.
This is a classic hike through fields of wild flowers and is usually only accessible in July and August due to snow conditions.
