The Jalousie Enclave will be the first “green” resort in the world offering buyers the opportunity to own property in a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. The team have to date reviewed the entire scheme, rationalised the infrastructure design and tendered a more economic scheme which better satisfies the design intent. This has also been separated into phases to maximize cashflow and avoid abortive work.
