Bould Consulting Limited were appointed to undertake the Reinstatement Cost Assessment of a number of private owned residential properties within the popular resort area known as Mahoe Bay in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands.
The properties consisted of 4 – 6 Bedroom villas which are privately owned by are part of a high end villa rental program within the area.
Following Hurricane Irma and Maria the properties had sustained some damage and are now subsequently repaired, however as part of being appropriately insured an updated reinstatement cost assessment is required.
Varying properties with different owners requiring a quick turn-around for the reports as they renew their insurance policies going into the next hurricane season.
