Original contractor was procured under a FIDIC Design and Build Contract. The Contractor was terminated and Client appointed a project manager to complete the works. Bould Consulting Limited advised BIDC on the works and subsequent completion contracts. Bould Consulting Limited through partners Caribbean Construction Advisory Services (“CCAS") have provided strategy advice to the owner to complete the construction of a high tech business park in Barbados. Delays in the programme and concerns over the quality of the work resulted in the owner calling on CCAS to advise on the most suitable method to complete this high profile project.
