United States Embassy building located in Barbados, and comprised the fit out of an existing structure to meet the finish and security requirements of an embassy.
Project involved a significant number of design changes during the construction phase coupled with unique security requirements of a major embassy development. Client required advice on contract and preparation of claim for submission to United States State Department by building owner and contractor for additional work as well as administrative costs associated with this extra work.
