Bould Consulting Limited Chairman, Martyn Bould, was honoured on Monday 26th January 2026 with the Award as a “Landmark Leader in Physical Infrastructure” to commemorate “Early Pioneers” who transformed the physical infrastructure of the Cayman Islands before 1970.
In welcoming all to the Awards event on Monday 26th January 2026 the Premier, the Honourable Andre Ebanks MP stated “The National Recognition Awards are a moment for all Caymanians to pause, reflect and honour not only individual achievements, but also the collective effort that-even today-shapes who are as a people and as a country.
It reminds us that progress does not happen by chance, it is built, deliberately by men and women who see needs before they become problems, and opportunities before they become realities.
So, we thank you for celebrating the people who built the country with foresight, courage and resolve”.
Also at the presentation, the Honourable Isaac Rankine, JP, MP, commented “Infrastructure is more than concrete and steel, it is the backbone of opportunity, it connects our communities, enables commerce, supports education and healthcare, and creates pathways for future generations to thrive. The individuals and organisations recognized today helped transform vision into reality, through decades of service, innovation, and perseverance”.
Martyn was deeply humbled by this recognition, particularly in light of his Award at last year’s Heros Day awards as a “Legacy Builder” for laying the groundwork for future economic development, while shaping the social and cultural landscape of the Cayman Islands for generations.
