Bould Consulting Limited (“BCL”) has been appointed by Blue Diamond Resorts, to provide Project Monitoring Services for the funding by First Citizens Bank for the construction of the Royalton Chic Antigua Hotel, in Halcyon Bay, Antigua.
The Hotel comprises a boutique development with a total of 227 guestroom keys on an existing property, distributed throughout 8 stories, and will include a restaurant, terrace bar, pool amongst other amenities. The hotel will be operated under the ROYALTON CHIC brand and is currently developed by BLUE DIAMOND RESORTS and part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection.
BCL are delighted to be appointed to monitor the progress for this very interesting, exciting, and timely project and which will expand Royalton’s presence on island. BCL’s expertise in monitoring the funding of hotels in the Caribbean region is extensive, including the mega Baha Mar resort in Nassau Bahamas for the Export Import Bank of China and, Iberostar’s Las Mercedes Boutique Hotel and El Dorado Water Park in the Dominican Republic, through IDEA, our local partner in the Dominican Republic.
