As part of our continued support to our Tourism Sector Clients, Michell Vargas, Managing Director of Bould Consulting Limited, participated as Trade Visitor in the 42nd edition of the FITUR International Tourism Trade Fair in the city of Madrid, Spain from the 192h to the 21st of January 2022.
FITUR provided a dynamic and unique opportunity for Bould Consulting Limited to meet with current clients as well as reach new potential clients that are developing or planning to develop key projects in the Caribbean. Michell had the opportunity as well to participate in private presentation with Financing entities, as well and providing technical support to clients. This special edition highlighted the continued recovery of the global tourism industry and its challenges.
FITUR is an annual professional international trade fair, focused on the tourism sector, has rescheduled to its traditional January dates which had been previously postponed to May last year, due to the COVID-19 restrictions. On its 42nd edition, FITUR is the leading trade fair for inbound and outbound Ibero American markets and is the first major international trade fair this year in Europe to take place. The fair took place in its usual location at the IFEMA Grounds, with all the necessary health and safety precautions.
More than 81,193 attendees from 127 countries 30,000 public assisted this 2022, reaching pre-pandemic levels.
