Bould Consulting Limited is delighted to announce that their Head of Commercial Valuation, Spencer Turner was recently honoured by The University College of the Cayman Islands (“UCCI”) for achieving Net Promoter Scores of 50 or above in every class taught in the Introduction to Real Estate programme during the Summer 2022 semester, being one of the three top adjuncts for the term
Spencer started the Introduction to Real Estate class at UCCI in Autumn 2017, being one of UCCI’s evening classes. This is a class that introduces all major subjects including Law, Economics, History of Planning, Valuation, Building Control, Economic Development, Strata Ownership and Operation, and Valuation for Insurance and has been acknowledged by 3 UK universities as giving eligibility to join their degree programme.
