The largest single phase construction project in the Northern Hemisphere to be undertaken post the 2007/08 global recession. The hotel resort project included 4 hotel towers providing over 2,000 guestroom keys, one million square feet of the following; Casino gaming space, Conference centre with Ballrooms and convertible to a 2000 seat performance venue, Jack Nicklaus 18 hole golf course, Central podium with luxury retail and world class restaurants, an array of pools, canals, waterways and newly built Retail village centre.
Other works included demolition of the historic Nassau Beach Hotel, partial demolition of the Wyndham hotel and heavy infrastructural works involving re-aligning the highway and constructing a new motor corridor and round-a-bouts.

In November of 2009 Bould Consulting Limited through its global partner were requested by the Export / Import Bank of China through their Beijing office to provide a proposal for verifying the project budget, focusing on resources to control or contain project costs and to act as Project Monitor to monitor the project’s progress and assess the construction payments.
Bould Consulting Limited assembled a highly qualified team including quantity surveyor’s, construction attorneys, programmers and corporate strategists and in June 2010 presented their Initial Audit Report, with a planned construction period of 54 months.
