Rebranding of 7 no. hotels to the Luxury, Autograph Collection and Tribute Brands. Properties located primarily on the West Coast of Barbados with 1 no. on the south coast and 1no. restaurant. BCL’s work entailed a detailed review of the budgets for both the Property Improvement Plan and the upgrade and renovation of these existing hotels and appropriate procurement methods, with particular attention to the fact that the hotels in large part were to remain in occupation by guests.
Establishing importation guidelines for Duty Free Materials, sourcing local contractors with expertise and capacity, scheduling and liaison with Marriott Head Office based team with onsite management.
