The site fronts an existing development of town houses and in the masterplan was a sports facility of squash courts. The developer then decided to develop an efficient one-bedroom layout of apartment units on two levels staggered to provide privacy and natural light to each unit. The apartments sold out quickly as the efficient design and pricing resulted in great investment returns.
