The Hotel comprises a boutique development with a total of 249 guestroom keys on a "brownfield" location in HoleTown, West Coast, in Barbados. The hotel is distributed throughout 7 stories, and will include a restaurant, terrace bar, pool amongst other amenities. The hotel will be operated under the Royalton Chic Brand, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, and is currently being developed by Blue Diamond Resorts.
