The Tropicalia Four Seasons is a new build project involving construction of a luxury oceanfront resort to be branded and operated by Four Seasons. The property, owned by Cisneros Real Estate, is located in Miches, Dominican Republic.
The resort includes approximately 46,000 square meters of developed space, with 154 hotel rooms as well as 24 branded residences. On-site amenities will include a pool and spa, as well as nature trails and other eco-features.
The construction effort involves earthworks (clearing, grading, and dynamic compaction), a 10+ kilometer entrance roadway, and a total of 47 buildings all designed and built according to Four Seasons standards (including 38 accommodation units, as well as 9 back of the house buildings located in a utility compound).
