Bould Consulting (BCL) are delighted to announce that they have been retained as Prime Consultant to prepare an Outline Business Case (OBC) for Her Majesty’s Cayman Islands Prison Service (HMCIPS) estate development. BCL assembled a world class team comprising Fincor as financial consultants, HLM Architects, as designers, Hydrock as MEP Consultants, Reed Consulting Engineers as structural consultants, and BCL as cost consultants.
BCL will prepare the Outline Business Case and identify the investment option that optimizes value for money, prepares the scheme for procurement and determines the necessary funding and management arrangements for the successful delivery of the project. This is subject to the Project Sponsor, Ministry and Cabinet approval prior to procurement of the recommended option.
